How to book

Please use the calendar below to search for availability at dates and times that suit you. You can add additional people or extra printed sheets when you are in the payment section of the booking process.

Once you’ve selected a date and time slot for your passport photo session, complete the booking request form with your name, email, phone number and session specific details and notes. You will then be taken to the checkout process to make your payment and complete your booking. You can pay by bank transfer or card which must be paid at the time you make your booking request, once payment is received, I will confirm the booking.

You will get an email confirming your booking entry details, please check your SPAM folders if you have not received this is a few minutes are completing checkout. In addition, we will confirm the session details within the next 24 hours.

Please Note: If we provide you with an additional digital copy of the finished “processed photo” (e.g. via email) we cannot guarantee that the digital image will meet your jurisdiction’s AI image check on upload and they may reject it even though it is compliant. This is due to the various problems that come with digital image transfers, siuch as image compression from email services or if the image has been reprocessed on your own PC. The image may also have been changed in digital size/pixels etc from the processed image we produced or the Jurisdiction’s servers process the image data inconsistently. However, this DOES NOT apply to a jurisdiction that provides a government based secure online photo retrieval code/service such as the UK ID Passport code, as these photos are checked and accepted directly from our processing software while you are present in the studio.
