We were excited to be asked to spend a week with the leading manufacturer of fresh convenient food in the UK – Natures Way Foods – they work with almost every high street name you can think of to provide them with prepared salads, fruit, coleslaw and potato salads along with some fresh food to go products.

Working alongside a video production company, we were providing commercial photography to enhance their image library for all of their marketing requirements.   They wanted everything captured from ‘field to fork’ so this was an exciting and varied assignment which involved us working in the fields, factories and also in their bespoke development kitchen to capture every step of their food production processes.

As well as the photography being interesting in terms of meeting the technical challenges of working in so many different environments, it was a fascinating behind the scenes glimpse into the world of food production.  The speed at which this industry has to move in order to satisfy consumer demand for the freshest of produce is just staggering.
